Yes - they are ordinary. But so many flowers are ordinary and still every single one is a miracle. The hyacinths impress with their colours and their wonderful intense scent of which I cannot get enough...
I am not sure whether these are cherries too - never mind. I have given up in the meanwhile to identify them all. The blossoms are beautiful despite any doubt....
Isn't this one cute? So tiny and already so beautiful. The backlight of this one struck me...
Nothing special but I like this photo specifically because of the pattern and structures the leaves are forming - there is a lot of movement here
Only a tiny simple flower but I love the intense colours and the "cushions" they are forming - they are glowing from the distance....
This is "only" and "ordinary" Magnolia - but soooo beautiful that I simply cannot just leave them alone...
This year I managed to find quite a few Magnolia Stellata which is not quite easy. Either the blossoms are not open yet or too far gone...
The perfume of this one was exuberant!!! I hardly could take my nose off...
Forgot to show you the photo the header is currently cropped from - an exceptionally beautiful forsythia - more or less near to where I live. What I like is that this one was kept quite natural - I don't like those artificial cuts on blossom bushes...
This one is only small but I loved the light...
I simply cannot stop to photograph them - the time while you can enjoy them is simply much too short...
This was an incredible beautiful old cherry tree....
More beauties in pink - the pink cherries are in full bloom now...
Did I say it already? The forsythia are extremely beautiful this year - not only is the colour incredibly intense but the blooms last a long time...
The fresh green of early spring leaves is soothing to the eye after such a long and cold winter we had here in Munich. I love the view of new life and look forward to new adventures with the camera...
I have to show you some more of these - they are long gone in the meanwhile where I found them. Preserved in photos...
The cherries are in full bloom in Munich. But the joy is a short one - it is very dry at the moment and the blossoms do last only a few days - so the magnificence will be gone soon...
Normally you won't see this composition here because when the cherries start to bloom the forsythia are already gone. But this year everything is different again...
This little flower is a glory-of-the-snow and if you let it it soon covers the soil like a carpet....
Cannot stop to photograph them - they are gone too quickly...
They were growing and blooming all over this place: Violets. Another spring messenger...
