Yes - you can find them still - some gardens still have flowers - a little bit "used" by the wind and the rain but as long as there is no frost they are still living. This one has been photographed a couple of weeks ago though...

I have a small dahlia that is still hanging in there. I thought I was ready to see fall but I am going to miss my flowers. I try to concentrate on birds during the winter. I have to have something going on in the garden. (ha)
Hi Tammy - thank you too. What kind of birds do you have in your garden? (I am a big bird fan too and am always very happy to see one or the other on my balcony on the 13th floor!! Besides my feral pigeon family (did you see my "pigeon tales" blog?)
