You have no idea how difficult it is to photograph the Columbine which is a European native plant. The face of this flower is always showing downwards so you have to bend and look upwards to see their beautiful delicate little faces....
"Aquilegia vulgaris" (Columbine)Chestnut trees can grow to impressive heights and their blossoms are beautiful if you care to take a close look...
"Aesculus carnea" (Hippocastanaceae)These are my favourite blossom trees - hardly to be topped in elegance...
"Magnolia x" (Magnoliaceae)The colour of these plum blossoms can be seen from far, glowing in the sun like blood...
Btw - I have given up entirely to try to classify those blossoms - there are so many varieties and I cannot find detailed information of how to seperate them from one another.
